Faisal Town Phase 2 is a forthcoming residential community situated near the Thalian Interchange on the M2 Motorway. This project is spearheaded by the renowned Faisal Town Group, under the ownership of Chaudhary Abdul Majeed, and developed by the reputable Zedem International. Development activities have commenced and are progressing smoothly for Phase 2 of Faisal Town.
Faisal Town (Phase 2) Balloting Date
The location for the inaugural balloting, scheduled for May 12, 2024, has yet to be disclosed. Rest assured, we will promptly update you once the management of Faisal Town Phase 2 releases information regarding the venue.
Deadline for Clearance of Dues
Faisal Town Phase 2 management has set a deadline for clearing dues in addition to the balloting date. By April 26, 2024, all customers wishing to have their plots included in this ballot must settle their outstanding balances.
Balloting Criteria
Different client types have different balloting criteria, which we will outline below:
First Category
Members in the first category are those who have paid their files in full at a 20% discount. Their plots will receive priority and will be positioned ahead of social groups.
Second Category
The second category includes clients opting for a lump sum payment against their files. These clients will receive a 15% discount and will also be prioritized and placed in the first category.
Third Category
Customers who have submitted at least nine installments against their plots fall into the third tier. They will be given priority over first-category consumers and receive a 7% discount.

Fourth Category
This group comprises customers opting for regular installment payments. To participate in the balloting, these customers must have made at least six installment payments.
It is important to note that participation in the exclusive Faisal Town Phase balloting requires the clearance of at least six installments.
After the main balloting, numbers will be issued to those who did not participate. Plot numbers will be assigned following the customers’ full cash settlement.
